From arrival to departure, the entire estate is exclusively yours. You’ll have private access to all 13 acres, including the main house, lakes, woodlands, and every amenity on offer.

While you may occasionally see our discreet groundskeeper or equestrian caretakers tending to the horses, ponies, and property, they ensure everything remains in top condition — and will not intrude on your stay.

We offer easy self-check-in via a smart lock, with secure gated parking for multiple vehicles.

Luxury Accommodation

Our team is just a call or message away if you need anything, otherwise the estate is fully yours. Peaceful, private, and perfectly set up for a memorable stay.

Important information: To keep everything running smoothly, we kindly ask for the lead guest’s ID and a signed rental agreement at the time of booking, which you’ll complete easily through our ChargeAutomation platform.

A fully refundable £500 security deposit will be pre-authorised via Stripe one day before arrival. This is released within five days after check-out, pending a quick post-stay inspection, standard practice to keep the property lovely for everyone.
