Our largest and most popular location for ceremonies is the elegant Adam Stables. When it comes to getting married, this wedding venue has many design features such as wrought iron lanterns, candle sconces and large Georgian windows. It gives a romantic atmosphere in which to exchange your vows. A secluded cobbled courtyard with imposing clock tower entrance provides a dramatic backdrop for your arrival photographs.

Your Hopetoun House wedding will have a spectacular backdrop adorned with priceless tapestries and featuring magnificent crystal chandeliers. The Adam Ballroom and adjoining Tapestry Room are unique and unforgettable rooms in which to tie the knot in Scotland. On arrival, guests can enjoy champagne, canapés and music by a roaring log fire or, if the weather is fine, in the Colonnades outside whilst your bridal party’s photographs are taken in a secluded spot in the grounds or within the State Apartments.

Decorated with your choice of stunning floral displays and table linen, the Adam Ballroom never fails to impress your guests when revealed. After the banquet and speeches, the bar opens in the Tapestry Room and the party starts in the Ballroom with the first dance.
